Welcome to our splendid villa AUM, just 5 minutes from Playa Bonita, located on the heights of Las Terrenas.
This 5 bedroom villa plus an independent studio is ideal for accommodating 12 adults and 4 children!
With stunning sea and mountain views, our oasis features a captivating infinity pool, surrounded by lush greenery.
The open and bright spaces invite you to relax.
Electricity consumption is not included (15 pesos/KWH). Two cats live on the property.
Playa Bonita is just a 5-minute drive away, where you will find trendy beach clubs and sports activities. The town is just an 8-minute drive away.
The villa:

The interiors adopt a timeless style, a subtle combination of clean lines where the old and the new blend harmoniously: smooth cement, raw concrete, aged and patinated sliding doors, cut stones and oxidized metal. Large bay windows play with the spaces and open onto magnificent pergolas made of hard and resistant wood.
Electricity consumption is not included (15 pesos/KWH). A deposit of $100 or 5000 pesos is required upon arrival.
Presence of two cats on the property.
The housekeeper will be present every day to take care of the house. She can also prepare small meals for you or take care of your personal laundry for a small additional fee.
We can arrange shuttle services, car rental, excursions, massage bookings for our guests... (at extra cost).
The table football and the ping-pong table guarantee unforgettable moments of entertainment.
